Panel Mounted

With a variety of output currents and voltages, Omron's control–panel-mounted types of solid-state relay are available with or without built-in heat sink.

Socket Mounted

Omron offers various socket-mounting types of solid-state relays with a variety of output currents and voltages.

Power Controllers

Omron sets the trend by offering solid-state relays for more advanced applications. The G3PX is a fully featured power controller; the G3ZA is a compact, easy-to-integrate unit for establishing a real power-control system out of standard SSRs.

Mini Contactor Relays

These modular configurations consist of main contactors plus additional contact blocks. Several contact configurations are possible. They can be mounted with screw fixing and snap fitting to a DIN-rail.

Mini Motor Contactors

The mini version of our series of motor contactors covers the range from 4kW up to 5.5kW. The modular system consists of main contactors plus auxiliary contact blocks and several contact configurations are possible.

Motor Contactors

This series of motor contactors covers the range from 4kW up to 110kW, which can be used for normal and heavy-duty switching. The modular system consists of main contactors plus auxiliary contact blocks and several contact configurations are possible.

Thermal-Overload Relays

These overload relays cover the setting range from 0.24A to 220A.

Motor-Protection Circuit Breakers

Our MPCB's cover the setting range of 0.11A to 100A. Four versions are available with a rated operational current of 12A, 25A, 50A or 100A, each with a switching capacity of 50kA/415V .

Monitoring Products

1 Phase Control

Available in a 22.5mm-wide housing, these relays monitor over- and undercurrent (K8AB-AS), over- and undervoltage (K8AB-VS) or over- and undervoltage (window type, K8AB-VW).

3 Phase Control

These 3-phase relays monitor over- and undervoltage (K8AB-PW), with variants providing the addition of monitoring phase-sequence and phase-loss (K8AB-PH and K8AB-PM) and voltage asymmetry (K8AB-PA).

Conductive Level Controllers

Ideal for liquid level control, the 61F range of level controllers is suitable for conductive liquids and uses electrodes to electrically detect the level of the liquid material. Additionally, a range of sensors and holders is available.

Leakage Controllers

These liquid leakage detectors (K7L) are specially developed to secure a quick reaction in case of liquid leakage. These very compact units fit into our standard sockets, have a width of only 20mm, are DC-supplied and have a transistor output.

Temperature Alarm

As full member of the K8AB Monitoring Relay family, the K8AB-TH is designed to protect your heating application. Furthermore it can be used as a simple in-panel ON/OFF controller.

Heater Burnout

Our range of monitoring products also includes the K2CU heater-burnout detector, which is capable of accurate detection of heater-element burnout regardless of heater capacities.

Limit Switches

Standard Switches

The standard range of limit switches includes a number of easy-to-use and excellent-quality basic and limit switches. Belonging to this collection are HL5000, D4A-N, WL and WLM. These switches are all available in a wide variety of actuators and contact configurations.

Miniature Switches

These miniature switches include the D4C miniature enclosed switch and the D4CC miniature limit switch. They are available in a wide variety of actuators and contact configurations.

Enclosed Switches

This range of enclosed switches includes a number of easy-to-use and excellent-quality switches, such as D4E-N, D4MC, SHL, ZC-55 and ZE. These switches are all available in a wide variety of actuators and contact configurations.

General-Purpose Z-Size

Among the series of Z-size limit switches are A, DZ, TZ, X and Z switches. These switches are also available in a wide variety of actuators and contact configurations.

Special Applications

A number of switches capable of working in special applications are available, such as the high-precision switches D5A and D5F, the VB multiple limit switch and the D5B and D5C switches. They are all available in a wide variety of actuators and contact configurations.

Pushbutton Switches

Pushbutton Switches

This range consists of 16 and 22mm models with momentary or ON/OFF operation. They are available in various colours and shapes (round, square, etc.) and in lighted or non-lighted versions.

Key-Type Selector Switches

Also available in 16 and 22mm models, the switches in this range provide switch control using a key.

Knob-Type Selector Switches

These 16 or 22mm switches can be controlled by turning the knob. They come with momentary or ON/OFF operation.
