We understand that choosing goods from a website or over the phone is not quite the same as being able to see the products "in the flesh" so to speak. That’s why we say...buy with complete confidence

If you purchase a product from us and are not completely satisfied
• Please return within 14 days in the original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase with your reason for return.

Providing the goods are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition, we will arrange an exchange, credit or refund.

Please be aware that handling charges may have to be levied.

Goods made to customers own requirements cannot be accepted back for refund.

PRODUCT RETURNS

• We try our absolute best to see that everything you order arrives safely and is exactly as ordered FIRST TIME - EVERYTIME.

However, if for any reason you need to return goods to us we will do our best to make the process as quick and efficient as possible.

Items must be returned carriage paid. In circumstances where goods are too heavy and/or bulky for you to return, you may wish to use our Courier service to collect the package from your business address.

Just ask, we are happy to provide this service.

• In this event a charge would be incurred (dependent on size/weight) within UK mainland. The parcel(s) must be securely wrapped and contain all the necessary details (ie. Reason for return, senders details and details of original purchase) we would require a contact name, phone number and full address with post code of where the parcel(s) are to be collected from. Our Courier will provide the return address label.

To help us deal with your return/exchange as quickly as possible, it would be helpful to give us prior notice by Phone, Fax or email.
